In the year 2020, I embraced the profound journey of becoming a parent to a wonderful son who was diagnosed with autism. By the time we reached 2023, I made the intentional decision to dedicate my professional focus to supporting autism and special needs planning. My firsthand experiences have propelled me into a deeper understanding of special needs law and the complexities surrounding it. I am passionately committed to advocating for special needs and autistic individuals, ensuring their care and well-being are prioritized above all else. My overarching goal is to assist families in creating effective and enduring strategies for long-term planning that addresses their unique circumstances.

To fulfill this mission, I decided to establish a firm that not only offers traditional estate planning and comprehensive probate legal services but also encompasses a dedicated nonprofit organization. This nonprofit is aimed at providing invaluable and free resources to parents navigating similar challenges to those I faced. Furthermore, we are excited to announce that in 2025, we will be launching an advocacy branch specifically designed to ensure that essential special needs services are adequately provided to individuals who require them the most. This advocacy firm will also work tirelessly to hold accountable the institutions that fail to adhere to established requirements, thereby promoting a fair and supportive environment for all affected families and helping them to navigate the complexities of special needs care more effectively.
